Since gaining his professional chefs diploma from Westminster College - the pre-eminent training college for Chefs, David Healey has
worked at many top restaurants, including the Egon Ronay starred Odin’s restaurant (Langhan’s sister restaurant).
His first head-chef position was at a restaurant called L’herisson in Wimbledon Village, and within one year of taking up this position, it was voted into the top-ten restaurants in London in the Good Food Guide by volume of reader recommendation.
He opened his first restaurant, the Blue Pumpkin, in Putney in 1996, before recently moving the winning formula to Balham.
